Subscription Types

We offer the following subscription options

Monthly Subscription
Annual Subscription

Subscription Fees

Monthly Fee: $9.34

Annual Fee: $89.00

This provides access to all current features including Regatta Registration. The Fee is per Account (most likely your sailing club), not per User ID.

Fee payment will occur automatically per your Subscription period, or until you Cancel.

Try it Out

Start with a Monthly Subscription and explore everything RacelogWeb offers. You’ll get full access to all features, including Regatta Registration and Race Scoring tools. There’s no long-term commitment — you can easily cancel anytime through the Settings/My Accounts/Subscription page described below.

Subscription Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time on our Settings/My Accounts/Subscription page, or directly at paypal.com if you paid with a Paypal Account. If cancelled before the end of the Subscription date (next payment date), then the Subscription will still be in force until that date.

Payment Method

We use PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal allows you to pay using:

Your Paypal account
Any Debit or Credit card (no Paypay account required)

Note: RacelogWeb does not store any credit card or Paypal account information. We only retain your payment dates and a Paypal issued Subscription ID to manage your subscription status.

Transition to Paid Subscription

The Account Owner, or another user who has been invited as an Admin, can set up a Subscription at any time at the Settings/My Accounts menu selection.

Starting September 1, 2025 all Accounts must have an active Subscription. Accounts without an active subscription by that date will be disabled, and access to your data will be temporarily restricted. However your account data will be preserved and will become accessible again upon re-subscribing.

Note: Your User ID remains active regardless of subscription status. Subscription status affects which Accounts you may access.

You can continue to log in with your User ID at any time to:

Reset your Password
Start a Subscription for an Account you own
Set up a new Account
Access accounts you've been invited to, as a User, Helper or Admin. This access will be preserved when the Account owner Subscribes
